COSMA is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Returns are generally not accepted for buyer convenience.
Returns are generally not accepted
Returns and refunds are generally not accepted for buyer-convenience reasons, including:
- the size does not fit
- the item looks different from your image or expectation
- the item did not arrive before your event
- you no longer need the item
- your travel plan or event plan changed
Issues you should report
Please report the issue before pressing receipt confirmation if any of the following applies:
- The item is significantly different from the listing description.
- There is major undisclosed damage, staining, or missing parts.
- A different item arrived.
- The item has not arrived.
Report deadlines
- Delivered items: Report within 3 days after delivery and before confirming receipt.
- Non-delivery: Report within 14 days after the shipping notice or expected shipping date.
- After receipt confirmation, the transaction is treated as completed and refunds may be difficult or unavailable.
Refund limit
The maximum refund is the item price. Even if a refund is approved, COSMA does not cover travel costs, hotel costs, event fees, or lost profits.

Cancellations
Cancellation after payment depends on shipping status, seller circumstances, and the item condition. Buyer-convenience cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Before shipping, the seller may already have packed or prepared the item.
- After shipping, cancellation is generally not available.
- If the seller cannot ship, COSMA may review the situation and cancel or refund the transaction.
