COSMA is currently designed mainly for transactions that can be received in Japan.
If you are traveling in Japan, please leave enough time before your event, hotel checkout, or departure date.
Can I use COSMA from overseas?
You can browse COSMA and use your account from overseas. However, COSMA is currently designed mainly for transactions that can be received in Japan. We do not recommend purchasing on the assumption that international shipping will be available.
Can I buy items while traveling in Japan?
Yes, if you can receive the item at an address in Japan, at a hotel that accepts parcels for guests, or by Post Office Hold. If your stay is short, confirm the seller's shipping schedule before buying.
Does COSMA ship internationally?
COSMA is not designed as a full international shipping service. International shipping is available only if the seller explicitly agrees and the transaction can be handled safely. Customs, import restrictions, loss, and delays are outside COSMA's normal domestic receiving flow.
Can I receive items at a hotel?
Only if the hotel agrees to receive packages for guests. Ask the hotel before using the hotel address, and confirm the booking name, stay dates, storage period, and required address format.
Can I use post office pickup?
Post Office Hold may be used in Japan. You must be able to visit the selected post office during its business hours and bring identification. Packages may be returned if they are not picked up within the storage period.
Can I pay with an overseas credit card?
Overseas credit cards may work if Stripe and your card issuer approve the payment. Authentication, issuer rules, and foreign transaction controls may cause a payment to fail.
What currency is used?
Prices and payments on COSMA are in Japanese yen (JPY). Your card issuer may apply currency conversion and foreign transaction fees.
What happens if the item does not arrive before my event?
Arrival before an event is not guaranteed. Avoid buying immediately before an event. Travel costs, hotel costs, event fees, and other losses caused by timing or delivery delays are not covered.
Can I return an item if it does not fit?
Returns for buyer convenience, including size mismatch, different image, late arrival for your event, or no longer needing the item, are generally not accepted. Check measurements, condition, and shipping timing before buying.
Can I contact sellers in English?
You may message sellers in English, but not all sellers can respond in English. Use simple wording or a translation tool, and clearly confirm the shipping date, receiving method, and item condition.
