Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure

This page provides disclosures required under Article 11 of Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act. COSMA is a C2C marketplace platform. The operator is not a party to individual sales contracts and does not act as the seller of listed items. Individual transaction terms follow each seller's listing.

| Returns and cancellation | Buyer-convenience returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for C2C transactions. If an item is materially different from its description or has an undisclosed serious defect, contact support before confirming receipt. Orders that are not paid within 15 minutes may be cancelled automatically. |

If a Seller Qualifies as a Business Operator
If a seller repeatedly sells for profit as a business operator, Japanese mail-order sales regulations under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act may apply, including disclosure obligations.
